How do I return an item?

Simply email us at within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a reason for return. We will issue a returns form to be completed and returned with the item. We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving the item back at our facility. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item.

What is the returns address?

The return address will be provided with the returns form. Please note that this address is not currently available for you to collect or drop off in person.

How do I arrange a Collection of my return?

We will arrange this for you. Just contact Customer Services who will arrange everything. Please remember to include this form in the parcel. Collections costs are £5.95 for standard delivery. This service is only available for UK Mainland customers.

Can I drop off my item at your return address or head office address?

Sorry! We are not currently in a position to offer drop off or collect to either of the addresses. Please contact our customer services team if you need any help with this.
